"This branch is by far the BEST. I have been using them for my renters insurance for over 5 years now. They have always been there when I needed them. Whether it be for a claim, changing address, or updating my policy, they are always there. All of the agents at this location are so friendly. And they took the time to get to know me so every interaction is personalized to me. Not at all like other insurance companies which you can tell they’re just reading from a script and rushing you off the phone if they can’t upsell you. State Farm doesn’t need to upsell anyone. They make sure you have everything you need at a great low price."
