For Christel Manson, insurance has always been about more than policies. It's about people, relationships, and helping families and businesses protect what they've worked hard to build.

Christel grew up in Manchester, Iowa, and graduated from Drake University in Des Moines. She began her State Farm career in 1996 and became a State Farm Agent in 2003. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping customers navigate insurance decisions, protect their families, and prepare for important financial milestones.

One of the greatest rewards of her career has been the opportunity to serve multiple generations of families. From helping parents protect their homes and vehicles to working with their children—and sometimes grandchildren—as they begin their own journeys, Christel values the relationships that grow and evolve over time.

Family and Community

Outside the office, Christel and her husband, Chad, have been married for more than two decades and live outside Quasqueton, Iowa. Their son, Connor, is a sophomore at Central Michigan University, and their family wouldn't be complete without their two furry companions, Barcley and Beau Beau.

Growing up in Iowa and raising her family here have given Christel a deep appreciation for the communities and relationships that make this area special.

Although her office is located in Waterloo, Christel proudly serves individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Cedar Valley, including Cedar Falls, Waverly, Evansdale, Hudson, Denver, Jesup, La Porte City, Dunkerton, Independence, Dike and surrounding communities.

The agency also serves customers throughout Iowa, including Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, Iowa City, and Coralville, Des Moines, as well as Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois.
